Because AI-generated content can sometimes produce unexpected visual, character, motion, voice, or other variations, exact results cannot always be guaranteed.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency and quality throughout the project, but minor variations may occur in AI-generated characters, objects, backgrounds, facial features, movements, voices, or other elements.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Aninexus AI, including images, videos, logos, music, scripts, trademarks, and other content, can legally be used for the requested project.
The client must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use any third-party materials they provide.
Aninexus AI is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other legal claims arising from materials supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives the rights to use the final delivered video for the purposes specified in the order after full payment has been received.
Third-party assets, AI tools, stock materials, fonts, music, software, and other licensed resources may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Aninexus AI does not transfer ownership of third-party assets or software used during production.
Unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing before production begins, Aninexus AI may use completed work, screenshots, clips, or previews of the project in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, or other promotional materials.
If a project is confidential or cannot be publicly displayed, the client should inform us before placing the order.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of production.
If production has not started, a cancellation may be considered depending on the circumstances.
Once substantial production work has started, the payment may be partially or fully non-refundable because time, resources, AI credits, and production work may already have been used.
If a project has been completed according to the agreed requirements, dissatisfaction based solely on a change of preference or direction may not qualify for a full refund.

Availability, pricing, features, credits, processing times, or policies of these third-party services may change at any time.
Such changes may occasionally affect production timelines or available features.
Clients may not use our services to create content that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the requested content violates applicable laws, third-party platform policies, or our internal guidelines.
While we make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality work, we do not guarantee that every video will achieve a particular business result, sales result, advertising performance, number of views, engagement level, or other commercial outcome.
Our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed creative and production services.
The client is responsible for reviewing the final video before publishing, advertising, distributing, or otherwise using it.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that the final content complies with applicable laws, advertising regulations, platform policies, and industry requirements relevant to their intended use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aninexus AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific order, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Aninexus AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
